Our Rooms
Our rooms are single occupancy, the majority with shared bathrooms. There are 3 full baths and one half bath on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Six rooms have their own bathrooms en suite (very rare vacancies).Prices range from $450-$1200/month. The majority of our rooms are $525/month. Water, electric and trash are included. We do not provide parking, internet or phone. There is free public parking nearby. Leases are month to month with a refundable deposit equal to one month's rent. ​Pets are not permitted. Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis with additional deposit.

On the northeastern corner of the second floor this room overlooks Redwood Avenue. Sharing only one wall and sitting above the Donut Shop, it's among our quieter rooms.

On the eastern side of the second floor, this room gets great morning light and is removed from the sounds of the bar. Among our smaller rooms, there is a sleeping loft and only one shared wall.

On the southern side of the second floor this room is right by the communal sink, half bath and back door.

Often rented together, these rooms are on the west side of the third floor with an unbeatable ocean view.
Shared Facilities
There are three full baths, a half bath and a large communal sink for the tenants to share.
Six rooms in the building have their own, in-room bathrooms. All shared spaces are cleaned three times a week.
